Seasonal gourmet cuisine The restaurantpershing menu changes constantly and offers the right balance between traditional French cuisine and the inspiration of cuisine open to flavours from around the world. Every week, in a peaceful and elegant atmosphere, the Chef creates new culinary surprises which follow the seasons. The wine menu is balanced and includes a large selection of wines from many top wineries to ensure constant quality for a demanding clientele. All the wine-making regions are to be found there.
