The Hotel Our hotel comprises only 14 rooms. Our staff ensures you receive a very personal service. Our hotel is located at St Germain des Pres, an ideal location in downtown Paris. Dating from the 17th century, the hotel building was part of the convent of the Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Pres. Breakfast Freshly squeezed orange juice; a choice of coffee, hot chocolate, and 6 varieties oftea; French baguette, croissants, and cake; butter, red-fruit jams and marmalade, sugar and sweeteners. Buffet assortment: cornflakes and cereals, fruit basket, yogurts, two sorts of cheese, fruit salad, biscuits and fruit cake.
